HSY-4297A Electric Oil Sludge Precipitation Tester

I. Instrument Introduction

The HSY-4297A Power Oil Sludge Precipitation Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with DL∕T 429.7－2017 "Determination of Sludge Precipitation in Power Oils." It is suitable for measuring sludge precipitation in transformer oil, turbine oil, and phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid, and can be used to determine the total content of sludge and sediment in oil. Equipped with an oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump and a metal bath constant temperature funnel, all functions are integrated into one main unit, eliminating the need for external vacuum pumps or water baths, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
