HSY-3536Z Automatic Open Cup Flash Point Tester

This instrument is used to determine the open flash point and fire point values of petroleum products. It employs an electric ignition method, eliminating the need for any flammable gas, and complies with the method requirements of ASTM D92 (GB3536-2008) and GB267-88. It utilizes an ARM series high-performance microprocessor, electrically erasable memory (capable of storing tens of thousands of data records), a color LCD display and touch screen, PID auto-tuning, and more.

I. Fully Automatic Open Flash Point Tester Main Features:

1. Strong functionality. It can serve dual purposes by simultaneously detecting flash point and fire point, and print test results. It includes an internal clock chip that automatically displays the current date and time, with power-off retention.

2. High accuracy: Temperature error is controlled within ±1.5°C, with a resolution of 0.1°C.

3. Good repeatability: When the testing environment complies with GB3536 (ASTM D92) or GB/T 267-88, continuous testing of the same sample yields flash point values differing by ≤4°C.

4. High degree of automation: It can automatically complete the testing process, perform cooling, and provide automatic information prompts. The functionality and performance of the open flash point tester are aligned with international standards, making it a specialized instrument for replacing imported products in industries such as petroleum, power, chemical, and commodity inspection.

6. Historical data storage uses NVM data memory, capable of storing 20,000 historical records. Data can be preserved for 10 years without loss, and stored data cannot be altered.

7. The printer is a micro-embedded thermal printer, providing quieter, faster, and clearer printing.

8. Temperature measurement and control use a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor, high-precision AD converter, excellent linearization mathematical model, and control algorithm, ensuring faster, more accurate, and stable temperature measurement and control.

9. Ignition is achieved through direct electronic flame ignition, similar to gas flame ignition, offering safety, convenience, reliability, and no interference.

10. Flash detection uses high-frequency ion ring flame detection technology, enabling rapid and accurate capture of instantaneous sample flash, avoiding false and missed detections.

11. Atmospheric pressure measurement uses a fully digital structure atmospheric pressure sensor imported from Germany, providing real-time measurement of local atmospheric pressure and automatic correction for the impact of atmospheric pressure changes on measurement data.

12. Automatically completes heating, detection, calculation, printing, and other operations.
