I. Main Features

1. The instrument primarily consists of a constant temperature water bath, a vacuum filtration device, and a mercury manometer.

2. The constant temperature water bath is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a temperature control system, and a test bath. Its refrigeration system employs fully enclosed compression refrigeration technology, with the compressor unit being an imported product known for its low noise, low power consumption, and high cooling capacity. The machine's reliable overheating self-protection device significantly extends its service life compared to similar domestic products.

3. The temperature control system uses a visual temperature controller. The unique PID self-tuning function of this controller ensures extremely high and stable constant temperature accuracy (up to ±0.1°C). Refrigeration and heating are achieved through a stirring motor to meet the constant temperature requirements of the bath.

4. The vacuum filtration device is equipped with a high-power, low-noise vacuum pump, along with pressure regulation and indication devices, a timer, and other configurations, featuring low noise and simple operation.
