HSY-28552B Fully Automatic Acid Value Tester (Reflux Method)

I. Product Introduction

The HSY-28552B fully automatic acid value tester (reflux method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards GB/T28552 "Method for Determination of Acid Number in Transformer Oil and Turbine Oil (BTB Method)", GB/T 264-1983 "Method for Determination of Acid Number in Petroleum Products", and GB-T 7599-1987 "Method for Determination of Acid Number in Transformer Oil and Turbine Oil in Service (BTB Method)". It features automatic temperature control, automatic boiling reflux, automatic titration, automatic detection, automatic printing of test results, automatic cleaning, and waste liquid discharge, making the entire testing process fully automated. All reagents used are universal reagents specified in the standards, which users can prepare themselves, resulting in low operating costs.

II. Main Functions and Features

1. 10-inch color touch screen with a resolution of 1024×600, providing a simple and user-friendly human-machine interface.

2. Equipped with a 32-bit microprocessor as the main control core and a new-generation intelligent operating system.

3. Automatically controls the entire acid value titration process and automatically determines the color endpoint.

4. Program-controlled temperature heating bath; consumes 50mL of ethanol per test, automatically boils for 5 minutes, meeting national standard requirements.

5. Automatically discharges waste liquid and cleans the test cup after the experiment; the standard waste liquid bottle can accommodate 15 tests and supports replacement with a larger capacity waste liquid bottle.

6. Built-in reflux tube cooling device, eliminating the need for external circulating water.

7. Features data query function for easy searching and printing; can store up to 1000 sets of historical records.
