HSY-511A-3 Mechanical Impurity Tester

I. Product Introduction

The HSY-511A-3 Mechanical Impurity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 511-2010 "Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum, Petroleum Products, and Additives." It is suitable for measuring the mechanical impurity content in various hydrocarbons, heavy oils, lubricants, and additives in petroleum products. It can be widely used in power, petroleum, chemical, commercial inspection, and scientific research departments.

Equipped with an oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump and a dual-solvent oil preheating system, the main unit of the instrument completes all functions without the need for an external vacuum pump or water bath. It features four independent temperature control channels and dual independent filtration paths, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. New functions include connectivity to an analytical balance for automatic weight reading and connectivity to a LIMS system.
