Lubricating Oil Oxidation Tester (Oil Bath)

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese petrochemical industry standard SH/T0193 "Method for Determination of Oxidation Characteristics of Lubricating Oils". It is suitable for evaluating the oxidation characteristics of new and in-service turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives).

II. Performance Features of Lubricating Oil Oxidation Tester (Oil Bath)

1. The instrument uses a 7-inch industrial touch screen display, offering stable performance and simple operation.

2. The mechanical rotation part adopts a gear transmission structure design, with a sturdy and stable bomb rack. It has advantages such as long service life and low noise.

3. The bomb valve connection uses quick-connect rotary joint technology, ensuring no gas leakage during high-speed rotation.

4. Automatic constant temperature: After powering on, enter the parameter interface, set to 150°C, return to the main interface, and click to start temperature control.

5. Automatic leak detection: After oxygen charging is completed, the instrument automatically checks for gas leaks.

6. Real-time display of test curve recording: During the test, the screen displays a pressure vs. time graph for easy observation of pressure and time records.

7. Automatic pressure point detection: When the pressure reaches a point, the instrument automatically detects and records the point pressure.

8. Automatic test termination: When pressure changes meet the standard termination conditions, the instrument automatically determines and ends the test, recording oxidation time and pressure conditions, automatically storing and generating a curve for easy observation.

9. The instrument has a high degree of automation, significantly reducing manual operation.

10. The instrument features temperature protection; it automatically cuts off power when the temperature exceeds the set value.

11. The instrument can perform 2 sets of experiments simultaneously, facilitating observation of parallel tests, and is equipped with a small winding machine for test preparation.
