HSY-0595 Thread Seal Grease Cone Penetrometer (Standard with Full Cone)

HSY-0595 Thread Sealant Penetrometer (Standard Full Cone Included) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of standard SH/T 0595-1994 "No. 7405 High-Temperature High-Pressure Thread Sealant" and GB/T 269 "Method for Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease". It is primarily used for testing the cone penetration of No. 7405 high-temperature high-pressure thread sealant. The working penetration is an indicator of the consistency (hardness) of the thread sealant. According to standard requirements, thread sealants are classified as first-grade and qualified products, with their working penetration values ranging between 300-340 (0.1mm). This instrument can also be used with additional accessories for testing materials such as solid fine particles, powders, colloids, gels, as well as food raw materials like cheese, gum, butter, margarine, cream, and fermented substances. It is widely applicable in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

I. Main Features and Functions

1. Uses a digital display to show penetration values, providing clear and intuitive readings.
2. The penetration time control device has 6 settings with high timing accuracy.
3. Features electric coarse and fine adjustment of the lifting frame, making adjustments convenient and ensuring accurate cone alignment.

4. The cone rod assembly is precisely weighted, strictly complying with standards, and allows for quick and easy verification.
5. Versatile in application, it can also be equipped with optional accessories such as standard cones, sample cups, thermometers, and weights, making it suitable for measurements according to national standards GB/T 4509-1998, GB/T 4509-2010, and highway standard JTG E20-2011 T0604-2011.

The most notable features of this instrument are: it holds a software copyright certificate (Certificate No.: 6097415); advanced mechanical design for convenient lifting adjustments; and a high-precision digital penetration tester for reliable measurement results.

Optional 1/2 cone and 1/4 cone are also available.

6. Lifting bracket: Electric adjustment with dual coarse and fine lifting mechanisms for easy alignment of the cone tip with the sample surface;

7. Power supply: AC (220 ± 10%) V, 50Hz, power consumption not exceeding 300W.

8. Dimensions: 280mm × 350mm × 700mm (L × W × H).

9. Other: Equipped with a cold light source and magnifying glass for ease of use and operation.

(The test head shown in the schematic below is a cone. This instrument is compatible with needle attachments and can be optionally equipped with a constant temperature bath, grease worker, or 100,000-cycle automatic grease shear tester.)
