HSY-0048 Grease Similar Viscosity Tester

The HSY-0048 Grease Apparent Viscosity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard SH/T0048. This instrument is suitable for determining the apparent viscosity of grease under this standard.

I. Structural Features

1. This instrument mainly consists of two parts: an automatic capillary viscometer and a dedicated cold source for grease apparent viscosity measurement.

2. The automatic capillary viscometer is designed and manufactured according to the industry standard SH/T0048, with an added automatic lifting mechanism, making the test operation more convenient.

3. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed compressor for cooling. The compressor unit is an imported product, featuring low noise, low power consumption, and high cooling capacity. The machine's overheating self-protection device is reliable, giving it a service life far exceeding that of similar domestic products.

4. The temperature control system consists of a temperature controller, temperature control switch, etc. The temperature controller uses a digital display temperature control instrument with PID auto-tuning function to control the temperature, with solid-state relays as the actuating components. This control system offers high temperature control accuracy and stable long-term performance.

5. This instrument features an aesthetically pleasing and elegant exterior design, reasonable structural design, convenient operation, and accurate result determination.
