I. Product Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" 2020 Edition, Method 0613 for the determination of freezing point. It measures the temperature at which a drug remains unchanged for a short period when transitioning from liquid to solid. Certain drugs have specific freezing points; changes in purity result in corresponding changes in the freezing point. Determining the freezing point can distinguish or examine the degree of purity and impurities in pharmaceutical products.

I. Performance and Features

1. The instrument features a left-right integrated structure, with the left section for water bath heating and the right section for circuit control.

2. The instrument uses a digital temperature controller for temperature regulation, achieving a control accuracy of ±0.1°C. It provides intuitive temperature display, accurate readings, and allows adjustment for errors caused by aging temperature sensors.

3. The water bath of this instrument uses a high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass tank as the container, offering clear visibility. The sample unit operates with two wells.

4. The instrument employs stainless steel heating tubes for heating and utilizes solid-state relays for regulation (the advantages of solid-state relays include no obvious contacts, high safety factor, and high precision).
