HSY-2361B Rust-Preventive Grease Humidity and Heat Tester

The Rust Preventive Grease Humidity Cabinet is developed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T2361 "Rust Preventive Grease Humidity Test Method" and the test method requirements of ASTM D1748. It is suitable for evaluating the rust prevention performance of rust preventive oils and greases on metals using a humidity cabinet. This instrument is applicable for assessing rust preventive oils and greases.

The sample rotating rack of the equipment complies with the standard requirement of 1 revolution per 3 minutes, with a grease collection tray designed below the rotating rack. The air supply device provides air volume equivalent to three times the chamber volume per hour, equipped with a filtration system and flow meter. The heating regulation device maintains a constant temperature inside the chamber. Water heating ensures the relative humidity inside the chamber reaches over 95%. The insulation material of the equipment is high-density glass fiber wool, with an insulation thickness of 80mm, preventing indoor temperature from transferring to the outside and ensuring balanced and stable temperature in the laboratory. The base frame is equipped with 4 PU casters for easy mobility. A transparent window is installed at a reasonable position on the door for observing changes in the samples inside.
