The LC-2 Cold Filter Plugging Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified by the Chinese industry standard SH/T 0248 "Determination of Cold Filter Plugging Point of Diesel and Domestic Heating Fuels." It is suitable for determining the cold filter plugging point of distillate fuels, including those containing flow improvers or other additives, used in diesel engines and domestic heating equipment, in conjunction with other devices such as a cold bath as per the SH/T 0248 standard method. It can be used to evaluate the minimum temperature at which fuel flows normally in the fuel system.

1. The instrument adopts an integrated structure design, equipped with a suction control flow meter that effectively controls and displays the suction flow rate. The unique suction filtration structure ensures the success of the filtration test.

2. Upon completion of the suction filtration process, a buzzer will sound.

3. Utilizing digital display technology, data setting is convenient, and the timing display is clear. The timing automatically stops when the set time is reached.

This instrument, when used in conjunction with the petroleum product low-temperature test instrument HSY—510G, enables cold filter plugging point testing of petroleum products.
