HSY-0722B Lubricating Oil High-Temperature Foaming Characteristics Tester

The HSY-0722B Lubricating Oil High-Temperature Foaming Characteristics Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with SH/T0722, and is suitable for determining the foaming tendency and foam stability of lubricating oils under specified conditions.
I. Main Features
1. The instrument mainly consists of a stirrer, liquid bath, power supply section, air flow regulation device, air filter, diffusion device, etc.

2. The liquid bath is composed of a glass tank, safety insulation cover, stirring, heating, etc.

3. The electrical part consists of a temperature control meter, temperature control switch, etc. The temperature control meter uses an imported digital temperature controller with PID automatic tuning function to control the temperature, with solid-state relays as the actuating components. This control system features high temperature control accuracy and stable long-term performance.

4. The instrument has an aesthetically pleasing and elegant exterior design, a reasonable structural design, convenient operation, and accurate result determination.

III. Installation and Use

1.After the instrument arrives and is unpacked, carefully remove the packaging materials and check against the instrument packing list to ensure all accessories are complete and undamaged.

2.First, carefully insert the observation window glass into the slot, then place the glass bath. Carefully align the top cover with the four positioning shafts, then gently tighten the four saddle nuts. Fill the bath with the medium (according to SH/T0722 standard), insert the thermometer into the thermometer rubber stopper, and then insert the whole assembly into the top cover hole.

3.Connect the filter tower and air compressor with latex tubing.

4.Then connect the respective load plugs to their corresponding sockets.

5.Insert the measuring cylinder containing the sample into the cylinder clamp to secure it. Then tightly seal the cylinder with the rubber stopper holding the foam head rod, and connect the two air nozzles on the control box to the respective foam head rods with tubing. Turn on the power switch, and set the bath temperature constant point to 150℃ via the digital temperature controller on the control box. The constant temperature bath will then start to heat up. After a period of time, it will automatically enter the constant temperature state. When the temperature reaches the set point, proceed with the test according to the standard requirements.

6.Control the gas flow by adjusting the two flowmeter regulating valves.

7.After the test is completed, turn off the power and air supply first.

Note: Once the instrument is powered on, the temperature control system starts working. Therefore, the power should only be turned on after the constant temperature bath is filled with the medium.
