HSY900-2 Fully Automatic Viscometer

The HSY900-2 fully automatic viscometer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards of the People's Republic of China, including GB/T 265, GB/T 11137, GB/T 1995, GB/T 8170, and the metrological verification regulation JJG 155 "Working Capillary Viscometer." It utilizes microprocessor control technology and a color LCD display, making it suitable for determining the kinematic viscosity (mm²/s) of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids) and dilute polymer solutions. It can also calibrate the capillary coefficient based on standard substances and is widely applicable in pharmacopoeia, petroleum, chemical, scientific research, metrology, and other sectors. Additionally, through upper computer software, it can derive kinematic viscosity, relative viscosity, specific viscosity, reduced viscosity, inherent viscosity, intrinsic viscosity, molecular weight, and more.

I. Main Technical Features

1. The instrument features a benchtop structure, with the upper part housing the display and control system and the lower part containing the constant temperature system. The main unit is equipped with two vacuum suction devices, with the test bath's temperature controllable from a minimum of 15°C to a maximum of 120°C.

2. It includes two working units, A and B, allowing simultaneous or asynchronous testing of two (or two types of) samples. The two test units can switch between automatic and manual modes arbitrarily.

3. It employs a 10.2-inch color touch LCD display and microcontroller control technology, automating the entire process of test bath temperature control, oil sample suction, detection, calculation, viscometer tube cleaning, drying, and printing test reports.

4. Utilizing a new temperature sensor and temperature control algorithm, the temperature display resolution reaches 0.001°C, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.04°C.

5. One or two cleaning solutions can be used for cleaning, ensuring the viscometer tubes are thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning is performed before drying, and the number of cleaning cycles can be set by the user.

Note:

1. The standard configuration of this instrument includes one each of Ubbelohde capillary viscometers with inner diameters of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.5 mm. If users require other specifications of viscometers, they can contact the company for additional configurations. Two electric suction pumps are included.

2. Depending on user needs, the instrument can also be configured with Cannon-Fenske reverse-flow capillary viscometers or both Ubbelohde and Cannon-Fenske capillary viscometers simultaneously.

3. For special temperature control requirements of the test bath, a chilled water circulator can be provided, which can be negotiated separately at the time of ordering.
