HSY-23512D Fully Automatic Thread Compound Penetrometer for Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the standard "GB/T 23512-2015 Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries—Evaluation and Testing of Thread Compounds for Casing, Tubing, Line Pipe, and Drill Stem Elements" and GB/T 269 "Method of Test for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petroleum Grease". It is primarily suitable for testing the cone penetration of thread compounds. Working cone penetration is an indicator of the consistency (hardness) of thread compounds. The cone penetration values of thread compounds at 25°C and -7°C should meet the requirements specified by the standard. This instrument can also be used for testing materials such as solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen substances, as well as food raw materials like cheese, gum, tallow, margarine, cream, and fermented substances, by adding accessories. It has wide applications in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

I. Main Features and Functions

1. The instrument mainly consists of a chassis support, touch display, lead screw lifting system, constant temperature control system, cone connecting rod assembly, displacement measurement system, and other components.

2. Utilizes computer control technology to automatically complete the cone penetration test and display the test results upon completion.

3. Features a touch screen human-machine interface with intuitive display, rich content, and convenient operation.

4. Equipped with an automatic lifting structure for stable and precise positioning. Uses rotary encoder switches and lifting button switches, driven by a stepper motor to achieve high-precision adjustment of rapid lifting with jog control.

5. The instrument integrates an internal constant temperature water bath with cooling and heating functions. It employs semiconductor cooling technology and PID control algorithm, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C, meeting national standard requirements for temperature.

6. Designed with cold light source cone illumination technology for convenient and accurate cone alignment. The cone rod assembly mechanism is high-precision, quickly detachable, and strictly complies with national standard specifications.

7. The system can store 200 sets of data, which can be viewed directly on the touch screen or exported via USB data transfer. It also comes with a built-in 485 interface (MODBUS protocol) for real-time data networking.

8. Features self-developed computer control software for communication with computers and cone penetration testing.

9. Various specifications of grease workers (also known as workers) and desktop mini printers can be optionally configured according to user needs.
