HSY-4783 Defoamer Performance Tester for Fatty Alcohol Emulsion (2 Holes)

HSY-4783 Fatty Alcohol Emulsion Defoamer Defoaming and Foam Suppression Performance Tester (2 Holes) is an instrument manufactured according to HG∕T 4783-2014 Fatty Alcohol Emulsion Defoamer. The testing principle of this instrument is that gas at a certain flow rate passes through a certain amount of test solution to form foam in the container. When the flow rate of the solid gas is constant and the same instrument is used, the equilibrium foam height h can be used as a measure of foam performance. Since h is the foam height when foam generation and destruction are in dynamic equilibrium at a certain gas flow rate, this measurement includes both defoaming and foam suppression performance. This instrument belongs to the dynamic defoaming method for determining defoaming effects. Additionally, the instrument can also be used as a high-precision cold bath for other experiments. The instrument adopts an intelligent measurement and control system, with touch key settings for precise and automatic control of the test bath temperature.
