HSY-0643 Grease Water Spray Resistance Tester

The HSY-0643 Grease Water Spray Resistance Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in SH/T 0643 Standard Test Method for Water Spray Resistance of Lubricating Grease. It is used to evaluate the adhesive ability of lubricating grease to metal surfaces when subjected to water spray.

I. Main Features

1. Mainly composed of a constant temperature bath, electric heater, electronic control system, stirring motor, and water spray device.

2. The constant temperature bath and electric heater are both made of stainless steel;
3. The electronic control system uses a digital temperature controller to regulate the temperature of the constant temperature bath, with a control range from room temperature to 95°C and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C.
4. The digital temperature controller allows intuitive display of set temperature and actual temperature, making it easy to set the temperature and correct temperature differences.

5. The stirring motor has a power of 15W, providing uniform and stable stirring.

6. The water spray device mainly consists of a circulating gear pump, valves, pressure gauge, nozzle, connecting pipes, and a timer to control the circulating gear pump.
