HSY-5199 Effective Thread Compound Cone Penetrometer (Standard with Full Cone)

HSY-5199 Pipe Thread Compound Penetrometer (Standard Full Cone Included) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant provisions of the standard SY/T 5199-1997 "Thread Compound for Casing, Tubing, and Line Pipe" and GB/T 269 "Standard Test Method for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease". It is primarily used for testing the cone penetration of thread compounds. The worked penetration is an indicator of the consistency (hardness) of the thread compound. According to standard requirements, the worked penetration of pipe thread compound should be between 310-340 (0.1mm) at 25 degrees cone penetration value. At -17.8 degrees, the cone penetration value should be not less than 200 (0.1mm). This instrument can also be used with additional accessories for testing materials such as solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen substances, as well as food raw materials like cheese, gum, tallow, margarine, cream, and fermented substances. It is widely applicable in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.

5. Versatile in use, it can also be equipped with optional accessories such as standard cones, sample cups, thermometers, and weights, making it suitable for measurements according to national standards GB/T 4509-1998, GB/T 4509-2010, and the highway standard JTG E20-2011 T0604-2011.
