HSY-258D Fully Automatic Light Petroleum Product Acid Number Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese national standard GB/T258-2016 "Method for Determination of Acidity of Light Petroleum Products". It also complies with GB/T264-1983 "Method for Determination of Acid Number of Petroleum Products", GB/T7599-1987 "Method for Determination of Acid Number in Transformer Oil and Turbine Oil in Service (BTB Method)", GB/T1668-2008 "Determination of Acid Number and Acidity of Plasticizers", GB/T4945-2002 "Petroleum Products and Lubricants—Determination of Acid and Base Number by Color Indicator Titration", GB/T28552-2012 "Method for Determination of Acid Number in Transformer Oil and Turbine Oil (BTB Method)", and others. This fully automatic oil acid number tester is a high-accuracy, fully digital industrial instrument meticulously developed by our company's entire team of research and technical personnel. Based on the relevant provisions of national standards and leveraging our own advantages, we have achieved this through long-term unremitting efforts. The machine is easy to operate and has an aesthetically pleasing design. The instrument adopts fully automatic digital microcomputer control, based on the acid-base neutralization reaction framework of chemical analysis, supplemented with our self-developed background blank deduction and titration endpoint logic determination program, resulting in ideal measurement precision and accuracy.

I. Main Features

1. The detection of acid number in transformer and turbine oils is a routine test item for oil-filled electrical equipment in power systems and industrial enterprises. This fully automatic oil acid number tester is a specialized device developed by our company for the determination of acid number in the aforementioned oils. The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer as the core, integrating technologies from optics, mechanics, electronics, chemistry, and other disciplines. It essentially completely replaces manual operations, thereby improving work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of operators, and minimizing the harm caused by organic solvents and other chemicals to the human body.

2. This fully automatic oil acid number tester operates on the principle of neutralization. At room temperature, the microcomputer automatically controls the addition of liquid, stirring, titration, and endpoint judgment. A touch LCD screen is used to select all working parameters, with a simple and user-friendly interface for easy operation. The average analysis cycle for an oil sample is about 2 minutes. It can display up to 35 sets of measurement results and print out multiple parameters related to the measurement.

3. Specially designed reagent bottles are used to hold the extraction solution and neutralization solution. The reagents are stored in glass containers to ensure no contamination from plastic additives. During operation, users do not need to handle organic solvents by hand, reducing exposure to harmful chemicals.

4. Depending on user requirements, this automatic acid number tester comes standard with 6 cups (capable of testing 6 samples) and can be optionally configured with 3 cups (capable of testing 3 samples).
