The HSY-432I Portable Oil Contamination Particle Size Analyzer adopts the light obstruction (extinction) method counting principle specified by international hydraulic standards, specifically designed for rapid on-site oil contamination level detection. It features compact size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and excellent repeatability, capable of operating under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. Equipped with a built-in micro-water sensor and temperature sensor, it can simultaneously detect water content and oil temperature during contamination analysis. Suitable for transformer oil (insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, and other fluids, it is widely applicable in aerospace, petrochemicals, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, and other fields.
