I. Instrument Features:

Complies with the standard GB/T 7702.9-2008 "Test Method for Granular Activated Carbon from Coal"

Scope of application: Primarily used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, coal chemistry, geological exploration, and feed to determine the ignition point of granular activated carbon in flowing air.

II. Performance Characteristics:

1. Fully automated process. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by the controller, automatically recording the heating process and determining the ignition temperature of activated carbon, automatically generating a database, and printing test results.

2. Designed furnace structure. The ignition point test starts from room temperature. Ordinary ignition point testers have slow furnace cooling, requiring a long wait before the next test. This instrument features enhanced ventilation as needed, allowing the furnace temperature to drop rapidly after testing, enabling the next test to be conducted in a short time.

3. The instrument can simultaneously test three samples, with independent control of gas paths for each, without mutual interference, and separately records the heating process and determines the ignition temperature of activated carbon. Capable of testing multiple or parallel samples simultaneously.

4. The display platform uses a 5.6-inch color LCD touch screen, providing extensive, intuitive, and clear information display, with large data storage capacity.

5. Furnace heating wire, with a service life of up to 5 years, utilizes new fully fibrous materials for thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

6. Features such as thermocouple break alarm and hardware over-temperature protection.

7. Integrates mechanical and electrical components, offering high automation, accurate results, good repeatability, compact appearance, and easy operation.

8. Optional standard RS232 serial interface, featuring simple wiring, reliable transmission, long transmission distance, and test data sharing with computer systems.
