HSY-0921C Orally Disintegrating Tablet Disintegration Tester (Multifunctional Type, Three Cups)

The HSY-0921C oral disintegration tester is an electromechanical pharmaceutical testing instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the inspection method requirements for orally disintegrating tablet dosage forms as stipulated in the "Disintegration Limit Test (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

I. Main Features:

1. Adopts a 2+1 design approach, simultaneously meeting the disintegration requirements for orally disintegrating reagents as per the 2015 Pharmacopoeia, making it more versatile.

2. Equipped with 3 sets of baskets, each operating independently and controllable separately.

3. Electronic temperature sensors display and monitor the temperature at various points in the water bath tank and beakers. High-precision digital electronic sensors ensure high accuracy and precision of the water bath temperature without the need for calibration.

4. The instrument automatically controls the water bath temperature at 37.0°C (as specified by the Pharmacopoeia). The preset temperature can be reset bidirectionally at any time.

5. The instrument automatically sets the basket lifting time to 15 minutes, and the time can also be reset bidirectionally as desired.

6. Utilizes microcontroller-based computer control technology to intelligently manage two performance parameters: water bath temperature and working time.

7. The latest LCD modules are used for temperature and time display.

8. The instrument features an overheating alarm and automatic protection function for monitoring the water bath temperature.
