Pollution-Free

When the Shenghong high-pressure blower impeller rotates, it does not contact any other parts, requires no lubrication, ensuring oil-free and pollution-free operation.

Leveraging Taiwan's manufacturing expertise, high-precision mechanical design, and strict motor matching standards tested with precision instruments, all components meet high-quality requirements. The motor silicon steel sheets use Baosteel's high-grade cold-rolled steel, ensuring that Shenghong's motors are highly efficient and energy-saving. Utilizing standard IP55, F/H class, and Japanese NSK and SKF C3 bearings, the motor is highly efficient with minimal failures. There is a shaft seal separation between the motor and the blower to prevent foreign objects from entering. To ensure functional performance, each blower undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory.
