Liquid level control float ball

1. Performance Characteristics:
The float control switch is a switch capable of regulating liquid levels in tanks, troughs, or wells. It features automatic adjustment, easy operation, simple installation, safety, reliability, maintenance-free operation, and is non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It is resistant to sewage and widely used in containers such as pools, oil, acid, and alkali tanks, buckets, troughs, and vats in households, factories, and mines.

3. Installation and Wiring Methods:
Using brown and black wires:
When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is closed (on).
When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is open (off).
Using brown and blue wires:
When the float is at the upper liquid level, the contact is closed (on).
When the float is at the lower liquid level, the contact is open (off).
Unused wires must be absolutely insulated.
The recommended operating voltage for the float level controller is 24V.
4. Counterweight Installation Method:
A. Thread the cable of the float switch through the central concave hole of the counterweight, then gently push the counterweight so that the plastic ring above the hole dislodges due to the pressure from the cable head. (If necessary, use a screwdriver to remove this plastic ring.) Then, place this dislodged plastic ring on the cable at the desired position to secure the counterweight and set the liquid level.
B. Gently pull the cable through the counterweight until the counterweight snaps onto the plastic ring. The counterweight will not slip as long as it is lightly secured to the plastic ring. If the plastic ring is damaged or lost, use bare copper wire of the same diameter to secure the cable instead.
The counterweight is provided as an accessory only upon request.
Please run the cable directly to the control box and avoid using intermediate connectors whenever possible.
If connectors are unavoidable, ensure that the cable connectors are never immersed in liquid.
