Overview
Soft Filler has been widely used in recent years for treating wastewater from industries such as printing and dyeing, silk, wool spinning, food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, papermaking, and cyanide-containing wastewater, due to its advantages such as large specific surface area, high utilization rate, variable void space, no clogging, wide applicability, low cost, and reduced transportation expenses. To further enhance its product characteristics and economic benefits, with guidance and assistance from relevant research institutions, soft filler has been innovated and improved, resulting in diverse forms and rational structures, making it highly popular among users..
Scope of Application
The modified production of soft filler, including the second and third-generation series products, has significantly improved performance and broader applicability. Types D3, E2, and E3 are suitable for aerobic treatment of industrial wastewater such as printing and dyeing, refining, dyeing, wool spinning, carpet, cotton spinning, silk, pharmaceuticals, cyanide-containing, and petrochemical wastewater, as well as domestic sewage. Types A2, A3, B2, B3, C2, and C3 soft fillers are suitable for anaerobic treatment of high-concentration wastewater from industries such as hemp spinning, alcohol, sugar production, papermaking, food instruments, and fermentation.
