II. JY Type American-Style Dosing Device
Preface: In industries such as water treatment, chemical, and dyeing, it is often necessary to add another solution to water or other liquids in a certain proportion. Since the production process is continuous, this dosing must also be continuous. For example, in water treatment, adding coagulants, filter aids, and disinfectants; in cooling towers, adding scale inhibitors; and in chemical and dyeing industries, adding specific amounts of chemical agents, acids, and alkalis at fixed times and quantities. These require equipment that can both prepare solutions and dose chemicals quantitatively and timely, which is exactly the basic function of our JY series dosing devices. The JY series dosing devices have been in continuous operation for several years at locations such as Jinjiang Amusement Park and Shanghai Lianyi Building, proving their reliability and advanced design. Scope of Application: Adding coagulants, filter aids, disinfectants, acid and alkali solutions in water treatment. Adding scale inhibitors in cooling water and circulating water. Attractive appearance, compact structure, small footprint. Easy operation, simple maintenance, high dosing capacity. Process Structure Description: The JY dosing device has three main components: 1. Mixer 2. Solution Tank 3. Metering Device and Dosing Setup. Detailed Description as Follows: 1. Mixer: Consists of a mixing tank and mixing device. Its function is to fully mix the solute to be added and water (solvent) in a certain proportion. 2. Solution Tank: Used to store the prepared chemical solution for dosing backup. 3. Metering Device and Dosing Method: The JY series has two types: (1) Using a metering pump for dosing. (2) Using a water ejector for dosing, with a rotameter for measurement. If dosing before the pump, the water ejector may not be needed. The water ejector requires an input pressure of 2 kg/cm2 or more.
