The swirl-type aerator utilizes a multi-layer spiral cutting mechanism for oxygen charging and aeration. When airflow enters the XHBQ-260 mixed-flow aerator, it first passes through a two-stage spiral cutting system before entering the lower multi-layer serrated air distribution head for further multi-layer cutting. This process breaks the bubbles into micro-bubbles, significantly enhancing oxygen utilization efficiency. It features uniform air distribution and high oxygen charging efficiency. Suitable for large, medium, and small-scale industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage activated sludge biochemical treatment, biological contact oxidation process wastewater treatment aeration systems, and pre-aeration in regulating tanks.
