Product Introduction
Spherical suspended filler, also known as porous rotating spherical suspended filler, is a new series product developed among various fillers used in domestic sewage treatment and biofilm treatment technology. In the biochemical treatment of sewage, it has a full three-dimensional structure, large specific surface area, can be directly placed without fixation, is easy to form biofilm, and does not clog.
Product Features
This filler series is injection-molded from polypropylene material, consisting of inner and outer double-layer spheres. The outer layer is a hollow fishnet-like sphere, and the inner layer is a rotating sphere. It primarily serves as a biofilm carrier while also retaining suspended solids. It features strong biofilm adhesion, large specific surface area, high porosity, excellent chemical and biological stability, durability, no leaching of harmful substances, no secondary pollution, UV resistance, anti-aging, and strong hydrophilicity. During use, microorganisms are easy to form and replace, resistant to acids and alkalis, anti-aging, unaffected by water flow, long service life, low residual sludge, and easy installation.

QTL-150G
This model filler is independently developed and produced by our company. It features fullness, high hardness, no brittleness, no breakage; the outer shell surface has a film-pulling texture, and the inner core has threaded burrs, which increases the specific surface area, effectively cuts bubbles, improves oxygen utilization, and forms biofilm quickly and abundantly. It offers excellent treatment effects and is an ideal new suspended filler for sewage treatment.
QTL-150Z
The inner core structure replaces plastic disc clips with double-ring large plastic rings, pressing aldehyde fibers or polyester filaments onto the rings to evenly distribute the fiber bundles; the inner ring consists of snowflake-shaped plastic branches, which not only form biofilm but also effectively cut bubbles, improving oxygen transfer rate and utilization. This allows full exchange of water, gas, and biofilm, enabling efficient treatment of organic matter in water.

The elastic filaments are arranged in a three-dimensional radial pattern within the spherical frame, ensuring full mixing and exchange of gas, water, and biofilm. Biofilm grows evenly on each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity. During operation, the spheres freely collide with each other under gas action, ensuring good metabolism without clumping. The system has strong cutting ability, high spatial volume utilization, no dead zones, and excellent treatment effects, making it an ideal new suspended filler for biochemical sewage treatment.
