Product Introduction:
Filtration is the most effective method for removing suspended solids from water, and it is an indispensable process in water treatment procedures that require high-quality effluent. Due to limited water resources failing to meet the continuous growth in water demand, the necessity for wastewater reuse, and the increasing severity of water pollution, there is a growing demand for enhanced wastewater treatment processes and environmental protection. With industrial development, filtration is not only commonly used in water supply treatment but also increasingly applied in high-standard water and wastewater treatment in industries such as electronics, petroleum, chemical, and power, promoting the research and development of new filtration technologies.
Features:
Flexible medium, compressible, easy to restore; Ideal filter layer, loose on top, dense at the bottom;
Moderate specific gravity, easy backwashing, low water consumption; Chemical fiber material, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant;
Strong adaptability, full specifications, wide applications; Significant benefits, no chemical addition, high filtration rate;
Compact equipment, small footprint, high efficiency.

Fiber Bundle Filter Media |
Fiber bundle filter media is a new type of filler developed by our factory in recent years. This product is made from high-quality acrylic and polyester fibers. By utilizing the large number of biological clusters attached to its surface and oxygenation, it repeatedly contacts wastewater, intercepting hard-to-settle micro-suspended solids and degrading organic matter to achieve purification. The filtration rate is 4-4.5 times higher than that of quartz sand filter media. It is easy to backwash and regenerate, allowing for automated management. The general filtration rate is 35 m/h, with influent SS ≤120 mg/L and effluent SS ≤5 mg/L for coarse filtration, and influent SS ≤25 mg/L and effluent SS ≤2 mg/L for fine filtration. Due to its special process, it can be quickly replaced and maintained. Currently, it is widely used in high-standard water, circulation, side filtration, and wastewater recycling in industries such as power, oil fields, chemical, metallurgy, and electronics.
