Product Introduction The SSR three-lobe spiral Roots blower is a new product developed by integrating the features of various Roots blowers from both domestic and international markets, leveraging years of manufacturing and sales experience while incorporating the latest technological advancements. By adopting a new profile on the impeller, the overall adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency are further enhanced, making this blower particularly outstanding in terms of air volume and pressure characteristics. Excellent efficiency means reduced heat generation by the blower itself, resulting in a lower temperature rise. Under dry conditions, the exhaust pressure for various models can reach up to 0.8 kgf/cm². Product Features 1. The SSR series Roots blower operates within a pressure range of up to 80 kPa without requiring cooling water. 2. The spiral shape adopts a fixed spiral method with an angle exceeding 20°. The intake and exhaust shielding lines of the casing are cut into the spiral, sequentially opening with the rotation of the rotor tips. Unlike older spiral Roots blowers, where the intake and exhaust ports open or close instantaneously, this blower operates with minimal noise and almost no exhaust pulsation. 3. Thanks to the straight three-lobe rotor design, there is no mutual contact between rotors due to minor axial displacements, as seen in helical rotors. This allows for maintaining clearances only in the cross-sectional direction, eliminating the need for excessive gaps caused by axial displacements. As a result, this blower is significantly more efficient than helical rotor blowers of the same size. 4. The special contour of the rotor facilitates maintaining optimal clearances between rotors, further enhancing efficiency. 5. Rotors are mass-produced using precision CNC machines, with stringent measures in place to ensure accuracy. This guarantees no performance variations between individual blowers. Additionally, rotors are balanced during the manufacturing process, eliminating any residual minor imbalances and ensuring virtually vibration-free operation. 6. The use of high-grade drive gears not only extends service life but also reduces noise. These gears are made from special Cr-Mo steel, undergo appropriate quenching treatment, and are precision-ground to meet JIS Grade 1 gear accuracy standards, completely eliminating any adverse effects from gear-related issues. 7. The output air is clean and free from any oil or dust. The casing interior requires no lubrication, and the design prevents oil from shafts or gears from entering the casing.
