Product Introduction
The dispersed flow aerator consists of components such as a toothed aeration head, toothed perforated dispersion cover, flow guide plate, air inlet pipe, and locking nut. It is integrally molded from fiberglass reinforced plastic or ABS, offering excellent corrosion resistance. The toothed dispersion cover is designed in an inverted umbrella shape, with aeration holes at the center of the umbrella to supplement air and uniformly distribute it across the entire dispersion cover, thereby reducing energy consumption. It evenly mixes and distributes water and air, lowering the aerator's requirement for installation levelness. The periphery of the dispersion cover features downward-slanted teeth to further cut bubbles. Air enters from the top and undergoes repeated cutting, enhancing oxygen utilization efficiency.
Product Features
1. The intense mixing of liquids allows gas to be transported through pipes to the aerator, passing through the Φ25 inner hole and the toothed aeration head for the first cutting of water and gas. After being dispersed by the cover and cut again by the peripheral teeth, it drives the surrounding static water upward. The energy difference causes intense mixing of gas and liquid. Additionally, since the aerators are distributed at the bottom of the tank, the rising bubbles from aeration counterflow with the descending water, further enhancing gas-liquid mixing and accelerating the renewal of the water film at the gas-liquid interface.
2. After two rounds of toothed cutting and gas-liquid mixing, the bubble diameter is reduced, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and facilitating oxygen transfer.
3. The diffusion effect of the dispersion cover spreads the gas emitted from the central bundle into a cylindrical shape, altering the gas distribution state at the bottom of the tank. This increases the gas distribution area and intensifies bubble diffusion and gas-liquid mixing at the bottom, further improving aeration and oxygenation.
