The liquid surface covering ball is a new product developed by our company through extensive scientific experiments, improving upon other similar products. 1. Ingenious and reasonable design with an attractive appearance. Appropriate material selection, acid-resistant and pressure-resistant (withstands pressure up to 0.4MPa, acid resistance up to 35% concentrated hydrochloric acid, operating temperature ≤100°C).
2. Accurate specific gravity and stable center of gravity.
3. Overlapping ball wings ensure thorough coverage (coverage rate over 99%).
4. Easy to operate: simply pour the floating balls into the desired container, and they will automatically form a uniform covering layer.
Application scope:
Water treatment condensation tanks and desalinated water tanks, reducing pollution from CO2 and O2 in the air.
Open hot tank surfaces: the tight covering layer minimizes heat dissipation, thereby saving energy.
Acid (alkali) tanks, containers, metering tanks, etc., suppressing acid mist, reducing the volatilization of raw materials, saving resources, and purifying the environment. Ensures safety and waterproofing.
Calculation of order quantity: Measured in square meters, the required quantity is 1.23 times the area of the liquid surface to be covered. The actual usage is 700 balls per square meter.
