Automatic Acid and Alkali Dosing Device

Process Principle
    Due to the requirements of water treatment processes, the pH value of water often needs to be controlled within a specific range. Artificially adding acid or alkali to water is the most direct and effective method to meet this requirement.
    Commonly used acid and alkali neutralizing agents include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia water, calcium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, etc.
Process Overview
    This system mainly includes a chemical dissolution and preparation system, a metering and dosing system, a safety system, and a control system.
    Solid chemicals are added to the dissolution tank, then industrial water is added proportionally and stirred for dissolution. The metering and dosing system delivers the chemical to the dosing point. Dosing control can be manual or follow-up control based on signals from the upper-level system for automatic dosing.
Application Scope
    Cooling circulating water treatment in thermal power generation or petrochemical industries, raw water pretreatment, and wastewater neutralization treatment.
