Product Introduction
The elastic three-dimensional filler selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefins and polyamides that are corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and aging-resistant. It is mixed with additives such as hydrophilicity, adsorption, and heat-oxygen resistance. Using a special wire drawing and filament texturing process, the filaments are interlaced and fixed onto a corrosion-resistant, high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formulation, the filler has a balanced rigidity and flexibility, resulting in a three-dimensional, uniformly arranged radial distribution of filaments. This forms a suspended three-dimensional elastic filler unit. Within the effective area, the filler can fully expand in all directions, ensuring thorough mixing and exchange of gas, water, and biofilm. The biofilm can not only uniformly attach to each filament, maintaining good activity and variable porosity, but also achieve an increasingly larger specific surface area during operation, facilitating excellent metabolism. This characteristic and phenomenon are currently unmatched by other fillers in the domestic market.
