5) Reducer: Gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. Gears (shafts) undergo processes such as carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88, Grade 6, with tooth surface hardness of HRC56-62°.

6) Single-screw barrel is made of 38CrMoAlA, fully nitrided with a nitriding layer depth of 0.4~0.5mm. It uses stainless steel resistance heaters for three-stage heating. Barrel temperature control instrument is digital, intelligent, and high-precision, ensuring accurate temperature measurement and control.
