Main Unit Components of the SHJ-20 Twin-Screw Mixing Extruder:

1. The main unit of the mixing extruder consists of an AC motor, coupling, reduction gearbox, lubricating oil system, feeding system, barrel and screw, heating system, vacuum system, soft water system, cooling die head, and machine frame.

a. AC motor: Power 4 kw, speed 1500 r/min, provides the main drive power;

b. Coupling: Component connecting the AC motor and the reduction gearbox;

c. Reduction gearbox: Output speed 600 r/min, its function is to reduce speed and distribute torque.

d. Lubricating oil system: Achieves cooling of lubricating oil and lubrication of gears and bearings.

Parameters of the lubricating oil system are as follows:
