5) Gearbox: 173# hard gear, made of high-strength grade A alloy steel material. Gears (shafts) undergo carburizing, quenching, gear grinding, and other processes. Gear accuracy meets GB10095-88, grade 6 precision. Hardness: HRC56-62°

6) Barrel material is 38CrMoAlA integral nitriding (HV950), nitriding layer depth 0.6~0.8mm, surface roughness Ra0.2, screw straightness: 0.015mm. Equipped with stainless steel resistance heaters for three-stage heating, barrel temperature control instrument, digital intelligent high precision, accurate temperature measurement and control.

7) Screw base layer uses 38CrMoAlA integral nitriding, nitriding layer depth 0.6~0.8mm, ensuring sufficient thrust for materials without decomposition.

8) Single screw feeder, motor is 1.1KW AC, with frequency converter.
