1、 Gear reduction box

1）Reduction ratio: 3:1

2）Output shaft speed: 0~500rpm

4）Main drive box integrates reduction and torque distribution, using a parallel three-shaft design, compact structure. Reduction, torque distribution, and radial bearings of the two output shafts all use NSK bearings.

1）Screw diameter: Φ21.7mm

3）Screw core shaft made of 40CrNiMoA material, threaded elements and core shaft connected by involute spline, high strength, high load capacity, easy disassembly and assembly.

4）Screw elements made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, fully nitrided, surface hard chrome plated (roughness grade 10).

5）Overall hardness approx. HRC65~75.

4、Plastic extruder barrel

1）Barrel material uses premium 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, fully nitrided, surface hard chrome plated (roughness grade 10). Hardness approx. HRC65-75, barrel length L=120mm/section;

2）One section is the feed barrel, three sections are reserved for auxiliary feed barrels, six sections are vent barrels, seven sections are extrusion barrels, the remaining sections are closed barrels.
