The JT-ST106-1RW Food Sulfur Dioxide Tester adopts an intelligent integrated design, utilizing far-infrared ceramic heating devices to replace high-power electric heaters. It incorporates intelligent distillation endpoint control, built-in cooling water automatic temperature reduction and reflux devices, and designed condenser tubes, among other technical means. This achieves objectives such as simple operation, automatic distillation, aesthetic practicality, and energy saving and consumption reduction. It is widely applicable for distillation operations in food testing, including sulfur dioxide residue, formaldehyde, alcohol content, and more.

(1) Capable of single-hole automatic quantitative distillation with a set range of 1-500ml, error ≤ ±2ml, and automatic endpoint locking to prevent over-distillation;
(2) Sealed cooling water automatic temperature reduction and circulation reflux device, eliminating the need for external tap water cooling, saving energy and reducing consumption;
(3) Uses far-infrared ceramic heating devices instead of ordinary electric heaters or heating mantles, more energy-efficient, with good waterproofing and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion;
(4) Can process 6 samples at once, with heating power adjustable per hole (knob-type);
(5) Additional nitrogen protection function, with nitrogen flow rate adjustable per hole independently (60-600ml/min);
(6) Equipped with spherical condenser tubes, featuring ground mouth design at the top for easy cleaning of sample residues and contaminants;
(7) Instrument anti-suction function.
