1.1 Composition
Heating control unit, built-in cooling water self-circulation unit, nitrogen flow control unit, anti-suckback protection unit, magnetic stirring unit, etc.
1.2 Heating Control Unit
1.2.1 The heating device uses a bowl-shaped far-infrared ceramic heater suitable for round-bottom flasks, featuring high thermal radiation efficiency and low power consumption, with a single-hole heating power of 380W; 6 heating units, each independently controllable with adjustable heating power.
1.2.2 The heating area is designed with thermal insulation to prevent heat loss, ensuring uniform and stable heating of samples.
1.2.3 The heating system includes micro-boiling and full-boiling control modes, automatically adjusting the heating rate based on different sample boiling points to ensure stable distillation and controlled sample bumping.
1.2.4 The heating system is equipped with active leakage protection, activating safeguards in cases of moisture in the heating chamber or water in sample bottles.
1.3 Cooling Method
Closed internal circulation reflux system, requiring no external cooling water source, equipped with compressor refrigeration + air cooling dual cooling internal circulation system, suitable for high-volume work with enhanced condensation efficiency.
1.3.2 The compressor input power should be 750W, with a refrigeration power of 3000W.
1.4 Nitrogen Flow Control Unit
1.4.1 The main unit should be equipped with rotameters for individually adjusting nitrogen flow rates, with a control range of 200-2000 ml/min.
1.5 Magnetic Stirring Control Unit
1.5.1 Each distillation unit’s receiving area is equipped with an independent built-in magnetic stirring device, with individually adjustable stirring speeds and stepless speed control.
1.6 Anti-Suckback Protection Unit
1.6.1 To prevent loss of distillate, the system automatically locks the distillate outlet after distillation, preventing suckback into the flask and ensuring experimental success.
1.7 Titration Operation Unit
1.7.1 Each receiving bottle is equipped with a detachable titration butterfly clamp for convenient titration.
1.8 Acid Addition Unit
1.8.1 Sealed automatic acid addition; with a simple touch on the LCD screen, acid addition is completed automatically.
1.9Cleaning Unit
1.9.1 The main unit features an automatic cleaning system. After the experiment, pressing the cleaning key automatically draws in pure water, performing a reverse flushing procedure from the distillate receiving end to the flask heating end, preparing for the next experiment.
