GGC-A Integrated Intelligent Distillation Apparatus is a new intelligent distillation processing device that integrates constant temperature heating, automatic control of distillation endpoint, and cooling water circulation, designed according to laboratory distillation pretreatment operating procedures. The instrument features temperature control, automatic anti-siphon, uniform heating, anti-bumping, and intelligent endpoint control. It is easy to use and energy-efficient. Verified by metrology-certified laboratory distillation recovery comparisons, the results are accurate and reliable, with a recovery rate of over 95%.
This instrument is widely applicable to various chemical laboratories requiring distillation processes, such as those in disease control, aquaculture, water supply and drainage, universities, research institutes, factories, and mining enterprises. It is suitable for distillation treatments of items like volatile phenols, cyanides, ammonia nitrogen, sulfur dioxide, etc.

After distillation, an alarm light signals completion. The entire experimental process requires no supervision, offering a high degree of automation;

  Cooling Method: Closed internal circulation reflux system, built-in air cooling system + built-in compressor refrigeration, dual-system cooling. No external cooling water source required. Cooling and heating areas are separated for effective insulation, and cleaning is convenient;
  Nitrogen Blow Control: Can be connected to nitrogen gas. Six sets of nitrogen flow devices control the nitrogen blow flow in the distillation flask;
  Anti-Siphon: Equipped with anti-vacuum solenoid valve to prevent back-siphoning of the distillate;
