SEHB-1000C Intelligent Steam Distillation Apparatus

The SEHB-1000C Intelligent Steam Distillation Apparatus is suitable for various distillation pretreatment experiments, including the extraction of plant active ingredients that are volatile, can be steam-distilled without being destroyed, are stable in water, and are difficult or insoluble in water. It supports steam distillation methods by introducing steam directly into liquid mixtures immiscible with water, as well as general distillation for water quality parameters such as cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenols, and the determination of fluoride in water.

1. Built-in Cooling Water Internal Circulation

The cooling system adopts a closed internal circulation reflux system, eliminating the need for an external cooling water source. One-touch water refill for the internal circulation tank avoids water waste. Equipped with a compressor refrigeration cooling internal circulation system, it is suitable for large-batch work with excellent condensation efficiency!

2. Automatic Control System for Distillation Endpoint

Utilizes advanced weight pressure sensor control, allowing arbitrary setting of distillation volume and weight. Features audible and visual alarms, automatic locking of distillate, and control accuracy of ±2ml. Automatically stops heating upon reaching the set weight or time, requiring no personnel attendance.

3. Anti-Suckback/Anti-Bumping

Equipped with an anti-vacuum solenoid valve to prevent suckback. The heating system includes simmer and full-boil modes, allowing adjustment of heating power based on the boiling point or experimental state of different samples to prevent bumping. Intelligent endpoint control.

4. Far-Infrared Ceramic Heating

The heating module uses far-infrared ceramic heating furnaces, offering a wide adjustment range, high thermal radiation efficiency, fast distillation speed, and long service life.

5. Steam Distillation and Anti-Suckback Function

Steam is supplied via an independently configured source, with each unit having its own steam heating source, complying with relevant national standards. Distillation speed can be selected based on the boiling point of different samples. Uses solenoid and pinch valves in combination, with steam pipelines connected via three-way valves to prevent suckback.

6. Single-Point Single-Control Technology

Each distillation unit can be set with individual timing and quantitative parameters, controlled independently, and operated separately. Automatically powers off and alarms upon distillation completion for user convenience.

7. Precise Temperature Control

During fluoride determination experiments in water, it enables control of steam introduction at a specified fixed temperature (e.g., 145°C) and maintains temperature stability (e.g., 145±5°C). The distillation speed is intelligently set (e.g., 6–7 ml per minute).
