GLC Series Multi-Joint Stainless Steel Solution Filter

GLC-6 Series Multi-Unit Stainless Steel Solution Filter is a solution filtration device used in chemical laboratories. Currently, domestic laboratories typically use glass sand core filtration devices for solution filtration, which can only filter one sample at a time, resulting in slow filtration speed, low efficiency, and high manual labor intensity. Additionally, glass materials are fragile, and not suitable for high-temperature sterilization. This instrument can filter multiple samples simultaneously, thereby improving laboratory work efficiency. Moreover, the 316L sanitary stainless steel material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, and is easy to sterilize at high temperatures, ensuring more stable and reliable analysis results.
GLC Series Multi-Unit Stainless Steel Solution Filter​ consists of 316L sanitary plug-in stainless steel filter cups, filter heads, filtration brackets, air nozzles, butterfly valves, collection chambers, and vacuum power sources. When solution filtration is required, place an aqueous filter membrane on the filter head, secure the stainless steel filter cup and filter head together, connect the air nozzle to the vacuum power source, open all butterfly valves, pour the solution into the filter cup, and activate the vacuum power source. The solution passes through the filter membrane on the filter head and rapidly flows into the collection chamber via the filtration bracket under the power source, Once all the solution in the filter cup has flowed into the collection chamber, remove the filter membrane for analysis.
This product allows operators to choose filter membranes of different materials, to filter various samples, such as suspended solids, bacteria, chlorophyll, etc.. It is suitable for all solution filtration tasks.
