DLC Series Multifunctional Stainless Steel Solution Filter consists of a stainless steel filter cup, filter head, filter holder, collection bottle holder, and vacuum power source. This product allows researchers to select filter membranes and filter papers of different specifications and materials to filter various samples, such as suspended solids, nutrients, chlorophyll, bacteria, heavy metals, etc. It is suitable for filtering all types of solutions. Both the filter membrane and filtrate can be individually collected and tested without interference. One instrument can simultaneously recover and test different samples through separate channels.
DLC Series Multifunctional Stainless Steel Solution Filter Instrument Features:
1. Easy to clean, high-temperature sterilizable, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant.
2. Can simultaneously filter 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 samples; filtrate and filter membrane can be individually collected and used separately.
3. Large sampling range of the filter cup, capable of handling 0-400ml water samples, making it convenient for researchers to handle samples.
4. Filter membrane specifications (diameter): optional Φ35, Φ47, Φ50, Φ80. One instrument can accommodate filter membranes of the same diameter or different diameters simultaneously; each filter membrane and filtrate can be individually recovered for analysis.
5. Portable wheel-type retractable vacuum filtration pump, equipped with a vacuum gauge, vacuum regulating valve, and control switch.
6. The vacuum pump operates using a unique combination of collection bottle and air storage bottle, ensuring ultra-quiet and stable performance.
7. The instrument comes with an overflow protection device for enhanced safety.
8. The collection bottle has a fixed holder with rubber pads at the bottom four corners to prevent impact; the holder base includes a drainage outlet with a valve for easy cleaning.
9. The air path is designed on the outer side of the holder, with valves for easy operation.
