M4X Automatic Cotton Blending Machine

1. Multi-bin Blending Box

　　Cotton is fed into each bin by 1 fan, with cotton level controlled by micro-pressure switches. Different bins output at varying speeds to achieve high-ratio blending, and materials are conveyed to downstream equipment via air convection.
Standard machine height is 4200mm, with special heights of 3200mm or 5200mm available depending on factory height. Depending on blending requirements and storage capacity, 4, 6, or 8 bins can be selected.

2. High-blending Configuration

　　Two blenders arranged in series. Taking 4-bin and 6-bin configurations as an example, using 4 and 6 bins can achieve a 24-fold blending effect. Machine height is 4200mm, working width is 1200mm.
Storage capacity per bin is approximately 600kg. With a production line capacity of 600kg/h, long-cycle blending effects can be achieved. When upstream equipment experiences brief malfunctions, there is sufficient response time.
