1. A pressure sensing tube is installed between the outlet duct of the cotton feeding fan and the first cotton box, which transmits the internal pressure to the continuous cotton feeding system. The PC calculates and converts this pressure into voltage, which then drives the feed roller of the front machine to achieve automatic cotton feeding. 2. Depending on the amount of cotton in the duct, pressure changes occur. The PC processes these changes to generate varying speeds, slowing down when there is more cotton and speeding up when there is less. This ensures a certain pressure and density of cotton in the duct, achieving a uniform state. 3. The system is also equipped with upper and lower limit setting buttons to stabilize the amount of cotton in the duct at a constant level, preventing excess or shortage, thereby ensuring the stability of the sliver evenness.
