The hydraulic tumbler is a specialized equipment used for marinating meat products and mixing ingredients under vacuum conditions. Through the vacuum effect, it stretches and loosens the fibrous tissue of chunk meat, transforming atmospheric pressure marination into negative pressure marination. By tumbling and beating, static marination becomes dynamic marination. Under constant temperature conditions, natural marination is intensified into enhanced marination, thereby improving work efficiency.
