Application Point: Dispensing adhesive between the PVC wire and ABS wire hole to bond and seal the wire and wire hole

Requirements:

1. Complies with national environmental and health standards (with relevant certificates);

2. Meets UL 94-V0 flame retardant grade standard (with relevant certificates);

3. Working time of approximately 15 minutes;

4. Initial curing time of about 30 minutes, 80% curing within 1 hour;

5. Hardness of cured epoxy resin around 85D;

6. Viscosity: around 50Pa.s;

7. The product must pass IPX7 waterproof test after epoxy resin sealing;

8. The epoxy resin must not corrode flame-retardant ABS and PVC upon contact.
