▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the disc torque sensor is based on the elastic deformation characteristics of an object when subjected to torsion. When torque is applied, one disc remains fixed while the other undergoes torsional deformation. This deformation causes slight displacement and stress changes at the edges of the disc. The disc torque sensor measures and records the magnitude of torque by converting this deformation into an electrical signal.
