▍ Working Principle

The main working principle of a static torque sensor involves calculating torque by measuring the deformation of strain gauges. When torque is applied to the sensor, the elastic body deforms. The strain gauges detect this deformation and produce changes in resistance, which are connected to a bridge circuit. The bridge generates a voltage signal proportional to the torque. After processing by subsequent signal conditioning circuits, readable torque data is obtained.
