JFG-KT02 Triple Pulley Tension Sensor

▍ Working Principle

The working principle of the three-pulley tension sensor is based on its unique three-roller structural design. The sensor internally uses strain gauges to form a Wheatstone bridge. When an external force is applied to the sensor, it deforms, causing the impedance of the strain gauges attached inside the sensor to increase or decrease linearly. This change is converted into an electrical signal output.
